What You’ll Do

As a Licensed Therapist, you’ll play a key role in helping our clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing therapeutic services to individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health needs.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on client strengths and needs.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in compliance with regulations.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a dedicated professional who is passionate about helping others and meets the following qualifications:

• Licensure : Must hold a valid therapist license (LCSW/LCMHC).
• Experience : At least 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Skills : Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment : A genuine desire to provide high-quality, individualized care.
