Licensed Hearing Care Professional – Charlotte, NC

Base salary: Unlicensed base pay is $50K; a licensed HCP base pay is $60K

Highlights:

• Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations.
• Provide professional recommendations for the best rehabilitative services, fitting and dispensing of hearing instruments and/or accessories to ensure a successful patient journey.
• Passion for educating patients about hearing healthcare and community involvement.
• Handle community outreach, such as calling on physicians for referrals.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current license to dispense hearing instruments in the state of North Carolina OR
• AuD with the necessary requirements to dispense hearing instruments in the state of North Carolina

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+years dispensing or fitting experience.
• Strong history of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
