Key Responsibilities

• Connect with members using company-provided warm leads through phone and Zoom consultations

• Evaluate members' financial protection needs and recommend personalized life insurance and supplemental benefit solutions

• Deliver exceptional customer service while building long-term member relationships

• Guide members through the application and enrollment process, answering questions with professionalism and care

• Provide ongoing policy support, including beneficiary updates, policy reviews, and claims assistance

• Maintain accurate client records while adhering to all state regulations, company policies, and ethical standards

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to continually expand your knowledge and skills

Previous sales, customer service, financial services, insurance, healthcare, or recruiting experience is beneficial—but  not required . We provide comprehensive training for motivated professionals ready to grow.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

• Ability to obtain a state Life & Health Insurance License (licensing guidance provided)

• Reliable high-speed internet connection

• Windows-based computer with webcam

• Professional home office environment
