Business Project Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Coordinator/Manager to work closely with our leadership team across North and South Carolina. This individual will oversee planning, research, due diligence, and implementation for multiple projects in a fast-paced real estate business environment. The right candidate thrives on problem-solving, is calm under pressure, and carries a confident “I’ve got this” attitude. Responsibilities: • Partner with leadership to plan, research, and execute company initiatives. • Manage due diligence processes and track progress for multiple projects. • Coordinate scheduling across multiple executive calendars. • Lead office setup and transition logistics, including ordering supplies and equipment. • Maintain organized records and documentation for projects, vendors, and contracts. • Troubleshoot hurdles, roadblocks, and urgent last-minute needs with efficiency. • Travel throughout the Carolinas to support projects, office launches, and events. • Provide a professional, calm, and solutions-driven presence at all times. Qualifications: • Proven ability to self-start, prioritize, and execute in a dynamic environment. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Excellent communication skills — able to work with leadership, vendors, and agents. • Calm, professional presence with a customer-service mindset. • Willingness to travel throughout the Carolinas. • Prior experience in real estate operations or a similar fast-paced industry is a plus. Tools & Systems Strong working knowledge of: • Excel / Google Sheets (data tracking and reporting) • Canva (marketing and presentation support) • Zapier (automation between platforms) • AI platforms (content, research, and workflow optimization) • Familiarity with evolving systems and tools to keep the company at the cutting edge.
