We are seeking an Office Assistance to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Dispatch service tickets to our service team
- Schedule service calls from customers
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Schedule inspections
- Give out P.O.s
- Assist in any other task management gives
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- ​Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge with excel and word would be a plus
