Nurse Navigator
You’re a nurse, a patient advocate, and an educator—and you excel at every one of them.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing inbound and outbound patient support in a pharmaceutical environment. As a Nurse Navigator your duties will include but are not limited to: answering numerous inbound phone lines, multi-tasking, email communication, outbound follow-up calls with patients, trouble shooting and problem solving with clinical issues that may arise with patients. You will:
- Work with internal customer regulatory, medical affairs, and Nurse Supervisor to efficiently and effectively resolve customer needs
- Manage calls in a personal, systematic, and organized manner
- Condict virtual training
- Responds to patient inquiries and provide education or information to help regarding training issues utilizing customer-approved materials
- Focus and provide exemplary customer service
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, RN or BSN
- 2+ years’ experience in customer service field OR a combination of education and patient care experience in a chronic condition
- Experience with injectable therapies
Desired Requirements:
- Experience in chronic care such as autoimmune disease and short bowel syndrome
