Service Manager $175,000 - $225,000 op / 5 day dealership

Salary Range: $150,000 to $225,000 Up to 60% of net labor sales to service payroll TOP service management TALENT only! 5 day dealership closed Sun/Mon. $3,000,000 revenue service department. 5,000+ customer pay RO’s year, Over 2,000 (1pvr) internal RO’s per year at FULL RETAIL RATE. Dealership is growing and we expect another 30% in next 3 years. HUGE way above industry pay opportunity of up to 60% of net sold labor to payroll ($60K out of each $100K generated from Customer, Warranty, Internal) Note: Parts to service comes out of Parts pay budget and only 50% of service writers out of service pay budget. ONLY apply if you can excel at the following: 1) Effectively manage, motivate, and hire/maintain a staff of approximately 10 plus techs, a shop foreman, 5 service advisors and 3 porters. 2) Service motorcycle, ATV and PWC customers across most of the major Metric, European and American brands. 3) Recondition and build up to 3000 new and used units per yr with done Right, Right now attitude for our sales departments. 4) We are in the heart of NASCAR country and service must look and BE exceptional inside and out. TIGHT and RIGHT every day! 5) Create and maintain an exceptional customer experience that is honest, friendly, and proactive. Our motto is Service Done Right, Right Now!! Repair done Right or we make it Right!! ~We are a premium dealership charging premium prices for premium work demanding a premium customer experience. ~We are a multi-line dealership with 3 showrooms feeding one service department on 6+ acers.
