McIlveen Family Law Firm is a dedicated team of family law attorneys serving clients across North Carolina, with offices in Charlotte, Gastonia, and Raleigh, NC. The firm provides expert legal assistance in a wide range of family law matters, including Divorce & Mediation, High Asset Divorce, Child Custody and Support, Alimony, Property Division, Separation, Prenuptial Agreements, Grandparents’ Rights, and Domestic Violence cases. Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Charlotte, NC, for an Associate Attorney specializing in family law. Responsibilities include representing clients in legal proceedings, providing sound legal advice, conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, and managing case strategies. xrczosw The Associate Attorney will also engage in negotiations, communicate with clients, and work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Family Law and related areas, such as Divorce, Child Custody, and Property Division
- Strong skills in providing effective Legal Advice and managing client relationships
- Advanced Research abilities and the capability to analyze legal precedents
- Proven Negotiation skills to advocate effectively for clients
- Licensed attorney in the state of North Carolina
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
