Primary Responsibilities:

The AP Coordinator at Northwood Ravin handles the daily accounting and accounts payable duties for several apartment operating entities. The duties include, but are not limited to, accounts payable, journal entry preparation, monthly accruals, daily cash management, bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, financial statement preparation and special projects as needed. This person will also be responsible for accounts payable for operating properties including, but not limited to, reviewing and entering invoices, and printing and mailing checks. As an AP Coordinator, your primary responsibilities include:

• Accounts payable for operating properties
• Manual entry of coded invoices, upload invoices into OPS Technology
• Ensure all invoices have proper approval for payment
• Print checks and ensure address and amounts agree with invoice
• Researching items as needed

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable Experience
• Attention to detail
