As an Insurance and Risk Management Administrator with Bell, you will have the direct responsibility of supporting of the Legal and Risk Management team. Along with collecting, analyzing, and communicating data within the department you are our liaison between the business units and the Risk Management group. Your administrative experience, and strong interpersonal skills, will help ensure the success of our Risk Management goals.
In this role, you will support all functions of the Legal, Risk Management and Compliance teams focusing heavily on Risk Management.

What you'll do to make a difference:
- Collect and analyze renewal exposures and data tracking. Responsible for ensuring policy documentation and billing statements for all insurance programs are collected, accurate, and processed in a timely fashion.
- Act as a key liaison between the business units and the risk management group by promoting a positive environment of collaboration and excellent customer service.
- Provide support and demonstrate risk awareness within the organization.
- Responsible for maintaining the Risk Management intranet and Origami system and associated reporting.
- Provide support to site personnel to insure proper and timely incident reporting.
- Participate in research related to risk topics that may impact coverage.
- Provide general department support and communication for internal stakeholders related to corporate insurance, such as requests for certificates, contract language clarification about coverage, auto accident support and claims, and general information requests.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on the reporting and tracking of claims data.
- Provide basic departmental accounting support on carrier's claims funding and settlement distributions, including deductible calculations to properties.
- Create quarterly/annual claims reports and analyze data for trends and mitigation opportunities.
- Review, coding, and overall management of outside counsel invoices for legal services, in coordination with billing specialists, including developing relationships with our outside counsel's administrative counterparts.
- Manage music and video license renewals and reporting requirements.
