Corporate Trust Administrator
- Assist Relationship Manager with a book of accounts by performing duties related to billing, collection, and invoicing.
- Work with the Relationship Manager to set up fees, including monthly transactional fees.
- Associate will be required reporting, including daily audit reporting, cash reporting, business development, and compliance reporting.
- Provide support to the Relationship Manager with any client inquiries to ensure stellar customer experience.
- Associate will facilitate closing conditions are met such as ensuring engagement letters and KYC requirements are completed.
- Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of policies and procedures. Adhere to the internal risk and regulatory requirements.
- Promote a positive team culture, participate in training from Senior Administrators and Relationship Managers, and assist in projects as needed.
- Bachelor's degree or related work equivalent is required.
- Must have a willingness to learn.
- Must have strong knowledge of MS Office Suite is required. Knowledge of Trust 3000 is a plus.
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills are required.
- Must have strong attention to detail skills and the ability to multitask.
- Must have the ability to effectively prioritize workload and meet deadlines is required.
- Must be able to work independently
$45,250.00 - $74,338.75 Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate's experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
