What You'll Do

• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits.
• Respond to customer inquiries, provide product recommendations, and prepare quotes.
• Educate clients on product features, benefits, and applications.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Submit new project awards with required documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain detailed sales activity records and provide regular reports.

What You'll Need

• Proven sales experience, ideally in construction or building materials.
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn CP&P products and applications.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet, and sales analytics tools.
• Ability to read construction plans, perform takeoffs, and prepare estimates.

Your Education

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of sales experience (construction or manufacturing industry preferred).
