Class A Dedicated Truck Driver

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers with at least 1-year recent experience to operate 53' refrigerated (reefer) trailers on a Southeastern regional dedicated account. This position involves 100% no-touch freight and requires strict adherence to federal, state, and company safety and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A commercial vehicle to transport refrigerated freight on assigned Southeastern dedicated lanes.
• Perform 100% no-touch deliveries while maintaining accurate trip, cargo, and log documentation in accordance with applicable regulations and company policy.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and promptly report any defects or safety concerns.
• Follow hours-of-service, cargo securement, and other safety and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch, customers, and other stakeholders to support timely and safe deliveries.
• Participate in required training, safety, and compliance programs as directed by the company.

Job Details and Schedule

• Operating lanes: Southeastern regional dedicated account.
• Freight type: 100% no-touch refrigerated (reefer) freight hauled in 53' trailers.
• Home time: Home every other week; minimum 34-hour reset at home as required by assignment and regulation.
• Estimated mileage: Approximately 1,800 miles per week (may vary by run and experience).
• Schedule: Drivers must be prepared to operate day or night shifts as required by route assignments.

Compensation and Benefits

• Estimated weekly earnings: $1,400–$1,500 (dependent on miles and experience).
• Starting pay: $0.60 per mile.
• Experience pay increase: $0.01 per mile additional for each seven months of experience thereafter.
• Benefits: Full benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum age: 21 years.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• At least one year of recent Class A driving experience.
• Fairly clean driving record with no major accidents, major citations, or license suspensions within the past five years.
• Not terminated from most recent employment for any reason.
• No DUI convictions; felonies or misdemeanors within the past five years will be reviewed as part of the safety assessment.
• Demonstrated stable work history over the past 10 years, with no major gaps in employment (generally at least six months of employment in the last year or at least one year in the last three years).
• Ability to pass both urine and hair pre-employment drug screens.
