At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), our mission is rooted in empowering individuals and strengthening communities. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Outpatient Supervisor to join our Outpatient Therapy Team (OPT) in our outpatient clinic in Greenville, NC.

As an Outpatient Supervisor on the team, your days will be filled with meaningful work! From leading the onsite team in creating a welcoming environment and providing high-quality patient care to carrying a small caseload to keep your clinical skills fresh, every day will be an opportunity to enhance both client outcomes and staff satisfaction.

This position follows a Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm work schedule, with some evening flexibility for program and client needs.

We also offer a full benefits package for benefits-eligible positions.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Salary: $63,000-74,000 for this Full-time exempt position.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience leading outpatient clinical teams is a must!
• Education: A Master's Degree and mental health license is required .
• LCSW (A), LCMHC (A) dual licensure preferred LCAS (A).
• Minimum of three to five years of supervisory experience, in mental health and substance use preferred
• Skills: leadership and team management, clinical expertise, organizational abilities, problem-solving, and decision-making. Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail. Dependability is a must!
• Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy.
