We are a fast-growing Family Law firm committed to reducing the stress of divorce and child custody for clients. We are in search of an empathetic and motivated receptionist to join our team. When prospective clients call us for help, they're often going through a difficult period. Our Front Office Receptionist provides our potential clients with the ultimate telephone experience. It requires the right combination of communication skills, empathy, and the ability to investigate the root of their legal issues. If that's you, you'll play an integral role in creating memorable client experiences. You will be the first point of contact for potential and current clients. Your role is to create a professional, warm, and supportive experience while helping guide individuals through their next steps with our firm. You’ll manage the front desk, phone calls, scheduling, and client check-ins while supporting the team with essential administrative tasks and other assignments as needed to ensure efficient business operations. Responsibilities: • Welcome clients with professionalism, empathy, and confidence—whether in person or over the phone. • Manage phone lines, emails, and walk-ins, ensuring every client feels heard and supported. • Schedule and confirm consultations, following up to encourage attendance and client engagement. • Assist with the onboarding process by providing clear information and guidance. • Maintain organized records, calendars, and communication logs. • Support the team with light administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications: • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office • Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations • Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills • At least one year of receptionist or administrative assistant, experience, or similar preferred What We’re Looking For: • A polished communicator. (Bilingual: English/Spanish is preferred). • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to stay calm, professional, and empathetic under pressure. • A natural people-person who builds trust quickly and is comfortable guiding clients toward next steps with confidence and clarity.
