Position : Pest Control Flex Technician

A Day in the Life of a Pest Control Technician:
As a Pest Control Flex Technician at Lookout Pest Control, you’ll be on the front lines, ensuring that our customers’ homes and businesses stay pest-free. A Flex Tech is versatile, meaning each day is different. Your activities may range from Pest, Mosquito, & Termite Control, to Encapsulation. You'll also be providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, and ensuring customers feel informed and confident in your work.
You’ll take pride in maintaining detailed records, adhering to safety protocols, and staying up-to-date with the latest pest control trends, and credentials. Whether you’re working independently or as part of a team, you’ll enjoy a dynamic, fulfilling role that has a direct impact on the success of our customers—and our company.

What You’ll Do:
- Perform pest control treatments in accordance with regulatory requirements at customer locations to resolve pest issues.
- Conduct thorough inspections, identify pest problems, and create effective treatment plans.
- Provide top-tier customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, findings, and recommendations.
- Follow safety procedures and industry best practices while performing all tasks.
- Obtain and maintain your credentials
- Stay current with trends and advancements in the pest control industry.
