Daily Property Adjuster - Greensboro, NC
CENCO Claims is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Daily Property Adjusters to handle residential property claims throughout the Greensboro, North Carolina region. This field-based role offers consistent claim volume, flexible scheduling, and strong internal support from our experienced claims team.
What You'll Do:
Perform on-site inspections of residential properties for storm, wind, and water damage
Prepare accurate estimates and detailed field reports
Communicate professionally with policyholders, contractors, and carrier partners
Document findings in accordance with carrier guidelines and industry standards
Provide excellent customer service throughout the claims process
What We're Looking For:
Prior property adjusting experience preferred, but not required
Experience with Xactimate or willingness to learn
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
Ability to work independently in the field, including roof inspections
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and standard field equipment
Basic knowledge of construction or repair practices is a plus
