WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE A TALENT SERVICES ACCOUNT MANAGER
As a Talent Services Account Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of client satisfaction, fusing technical onboarding and product training into a seamless experience. This exciting role is your chance to shine as the primary liaison between clients and our internal teams, ensuring recruitment processes roll out effortlessly. You'll nurture long-lasting relationships while managing sensitive information with finesse.

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?
Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources or a related field preferred
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer service, account management or technical implementation role
- Experience in recruitment, ATS or technical support is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated proficiency in multitasking, time management and handling multiple client priorities simultaneously
