M&A Project Manager

Description

Seeking an experienced M&A IT Integration Lead to support multiple active acquisitions, with an immediate focus on a high-priority transaction. This role will play a critical part in ensuring seamless integration of acquired businesses, with a primary emphasis on infrastructure and security, while also supporting broader IT integration efforts.

This individual will operate in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment with minimal ramp time and will be expected to quickly take ownership of integration activities, execute established playbooks, and partner closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Skills & Qualifications

• Lead execution of IT integration activities for M&A transactions, with a focus on infrastructure and security domains
• Support broader IT integration efforts, including selected application integration activities
• Execute against established M&A integration playbooks, adapting as necessary for deal-specific needs
• Ensure continuity of end-user experience throughout integration phases
• Drive organizational change management (OCM) and communication strategies across impacted stakeholders
• Partner with IT leadership, acquired company teams, and third-party vendors to align on integration milestones and deliverables
• Support data mapping and migration efforts, including coordination with external partners (e.g., M365 migration providers)
• Assist in infrastructure setup activities, including coordination with cabling and on-site vendors
• Track and report on integration progress, risks, and dependencies, providing updates to leadership
• Participate in discovery sessions and stakeholder meetings, including occasional travel to acquisition sites

This is a Contract position based out of Davidson, NC.

The pay range for this position is $57.00 - $65.00/hr.
