Responsibilities
Prepare and position patients for CT procedures, ensuring safety and comfort.
Operate CT equipment to capture diagnostic images accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with physicians and team members to deliver exceptional patient care.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Follow all safety standards in alignment with “First Do No Harm.”
Qualifications
Education:
Graduate of an ARRT-approved Radiography Program or ARRT/NMTCB-recognized Nuclear Medicine Program, required.
Associate Degree, preferred .
Experience:
One (1) year of CT experience, preferred .
Licensure/Certification:
Certified and registered by ARRT in CT (RT(R)(CT) or RT(N)(CT)) or CNMT, RT(CT) — required or obtained within 6 months of hire.
IV credentialing, required.
Applicable state license, required.
Life Support Training per Novant Health policy (NH-HR-3096), required.
Additional Skills:
Strong analytical and computer skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Adaptable to patient age and condition-specific needs.
