Qualifications
- Required qualifications include 2+ years of experience in administrative roles and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Preferred 1-2 years experience in the commercial construction industry
- Ability to interpret project scope and blueprints with accuracy and high attention to detail
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Problem Solving & Prioritization
- A Strong Communicator
Responsibilities
- answer phone and relay messages
- setup of pdf blue prints on our take off software for estimator
- setup of pdf blue prints in our Jobsite Management Software
- maintain bid schedules
- assist with Tree & Shrub procurement duties (send plant lists out for pricing and plug costs, print tags for trees and shrubs)
- filing of folders and general office duties
