This receptionist position, provides essential administrative support to a small team by managing front desk duties and clerical tasks. Reporting directly to the Office Manager, the Receptionist ensures smooth office operations and a welcoming environment through professional phone handling and visitor services.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
- Greet visitors with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems
- Operate office equipment efficiently
- Provide clerical support to staff as needed
- Assist with various administrative tasks to support office workflow
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in administrative support
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong customer service skills
