Precision CNC & Metal Forming Operator

A day in this role
When your shift starts, you’ll power up, verify tooling, and bring equipment online—CNC mills, CNC lathes, press brakes, and progressive-die stamping lines—keeping a close eye on cycle times and part quality. You’ll read blueprints and technical drawings to confirm specs, make routine adjustments, and perform light maintenance to keep production flowing smoothly. Throughout the day, you’ll troubleshoot issues, document what you see, and help the team hit targets safely and efficiently.
Compensation & Schedule- $19-$25/hr
- Multiple shifts available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd
- Hiring immediately — interviews happening ASAP
- Operate and continuously monitor a range of machinery to maintain optimal throughput and quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and apply troubleshooting techniques to minimize downtime.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation to verify dimensions and tolerances.
