ABOUT THE FACILITY LOCATION The facility is seeking a Brevard, North Carolina. ABOUT THE CLINICIAN'S WORKDAY This outpatient primary care clinic operates Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and serves an adult-only patient population. Providers manage both chronic and acute conditions, conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visits, and deliver a full range of typical outpatient primary care services.
