Landscape Maintenance Driver/Crew Leader

We are currently seeking a Landscape Driver/Crew Leader to join our team. This role involves driving to and from job sites, assisting in landscaping duties, and leading a crew to ensure all tasks are completed to our high standards. Qualifications

• 3-5 years of proven driving experience with a valid State Driver’s license issued 2020 or prior.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Legally eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Previous landscaping experience.
• Ability to operate a truck with a trailer.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive to and from job sites, adhering to all driving and traffic laws.
• Assist in all landscaping maintenance duties including plant installation, pruning, weeding, watering, mowing, edging, and mulching.
• Operate power tools and equipment such as weed eaters, mowers, blowers, and sprayers.
• Follow all procedures and guidelines related to safety and equipment operation.
• Perform equipment maintenance tasks as required.
• Interact with the public in a friendly, polite, and service-oriented manner when appropriate.
