We’re a premier, full-service junk removal company based in Westville, NJ , and we’re growing fast! If you're energetic, reliable, and love being part of a great team, we want to hear from you.

We offer remote start locations near the Delaware border , with team members expected to attend morning meetings at our Westville office 2–3 times per week .

What We’re Looking For

We're hiring goal-driven individuals with a valid non-CDL driver’s license to join our Truck Team . This role combines physical work, customer service, and driving.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Driving our 20 ft Isuzu NPR trucks

• Interacting with customers and providing on-site price estimates

• Lifting, removing, and loading items into the truck

• Recycling, donating, or responsibly disposing of items

• Staying active, fit, and making a difference in your community

Schedule Options

We offer flexible shifts :

• Part-Time : 1–3 shifts per week

• Full-Time : 4 shifts per week

• Minimum : 1 weekend shift per month (we rotate weekends among all team members)

• Shifts Average : 10–12 hours

• Start Time : 7:30 AM

Compensation

• Base Pay : $16/hr

• Tips : Generous cash tips daily!

• Bonus Pay : $2–$8/hr extra based on performance & number of pickups

• Average Total Earnings : $22–$26/hr including tips and bonuses

Qualifications

• Valid non-CDL driver’s license with a clean record

• Friendly, professional, and positive attitude

• Physically capable of lifting heavy items

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Motivated to grow with a fast-moving company
