Allegiance Staffing is looking for Warehouse Associates in the Durham, NC area starting immediately!!
Duties:
- Undergo training as part of the onboarding program, including card recognition.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures, capable of halting machinery during emergencies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization around the assembly line.
- Inspect finished products for quality, material correctness, and visual defects.
- Package products as per job jacket instructions.
- Label and load finished products onto pallets for transportation.
- Assist in addressing basic mechanical issues.
- Report non-conforming materials or maintenance needs to operators and supervision.
- Adhere to quality standards, procedures, and company recycling program.
- Follow established safety and housekeeping procedures
- Comply with company policies, security protocols, ISO requirements, and standard operating procedures.
- May perform tasks outside regular responsibilities as required.
Skills:
- Ability to comprehend and apply written and verbal instructions effectively.
- Clear oral and written communication skills.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-player mentality, able to collaborate effectively.
- Proficiency in simple mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- Physical capability to push, pull, lift, or carry weights up to 60 pounds occasionally and 25 pounds frequently.
- Endurance to stand for extended periods in alignment with scheduled shifts.
