About the role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly licensed or early-career attorney with a passion for real estate law. You'll handle a high volume of closings , interact directly with clients and partners, and gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Conduct in-office residential closings with buyers, sellers, and lenders.
- Review title searches, closing docs, and resolve title curative issues.
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance throughout transactions.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with all stakeholders.
- Coordinate with title companies and manage closing documentation.
- Support additional firm matters and legal tasks as needed.

What you’ll bring:

- JD from an accredited law school and NC bar admission (required).
- SC bar admission is a plus.
- 1+ years of real estate law experience preferred, but not required.
- NC Notary Public certification (or ability to obtain before start).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and calm under pressure.
- Strong communication and people skills.
