Senior Corporate Accountant

The Senior Corporate Accountant will support accounting and financial reporting across multiple operating locations. This role is responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial results, maintaining strong internal controls, and partnering with operational leaders to provide financial insights. The position requires a hands-on approach to day-to-day accounting along with the ability to support process improvements in a growing, multi-entity environment.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Close

• Prepare and consolidate financial statements across multiple entities
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Perform variance analysis and provide insight into financial performance

General Ledger & Accounting Operations

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Manage journal entries, intercompany activity, and account reconciliations
• Ensure accurate allocation of revenue and expenses

Compliance & Internal Controls

• Ensure adherence to U.S. GAAP and internal policies
• Support internal and external audit processes
• Assist in strengthening internal controls across entities

Multi-Entity & Operational Support

• Partner with field teams to ensure consistent accounting practices
• Provide guidance on processes, reporting, and systems

Process Improvement & Systems

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Leverage ERP systems to streamline reporting and close
• Support system enhancements, integrations, and growth initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity environment
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and consolidations
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Preferred

• Experience in private equity-backed or high-growth environments
• Background supporting multi-location or multi-entity organizations
