Responsibilities - Body Shop Estimator:

• Examines damaged vehicles and estimates the repair costs, identifying and documenting the necessary body repair work for the customer, being sensitive to the difficulty of the situation.
• Works with insurance agencies to manage the claims of our customers, as well as keep customers informed and frequently updated.
• Schedules appointments with customers
• Works with customers and Body Shop Technicians to identify required repair work
• Offers additional services and repairs to customers
• Computes the cost of replacement parts and labor to restore the vehicle to the condition specified by the customer
• Dispatches and maintains an organized workload
• Enters itemized estimate on the repair order and explains estimate to the customer
• Keeps customers informed and updated throughout the repair process
• Maintains Customer Satisfaction score at or above designated standards
• Meets dealership’s standards for repair/order production
• Other duties as assigned by Management

Qualifications/Requirements - Body Shop Estimator:

• Experience is required
• Computer proficiency with CCCONE experience preferred
• Positive work history
• Must have strong communication skills
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
