About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Salesforce Business Analyst to collaborate closely with clinical operations, provider-facing teams, sales, and healthcare business stakeholders. This role focuses on gathering requirements for Salesforce–Outlook integration, Einstein Activity Capture (EAC), communication workflows, and healthcare-specific CRM use cases. The ideal candidate will translate complex healthcare workflows into Salesforce-ready functional requirements while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and strong stakeholder alignment.

What You'll Do:

• Requirements Gathering & Healthcare Collaboration
• Work closely with healthcare business teams, clinical operations, sales, or provider-facing teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Capture needs related to:
  • Salesforce–Outlook integrations
  • Einstein Activity Capture (EAC)
  • Email sync and activity tracking
  • Productivity and communication workflows
• Analyze patient, provider, and care-management processes to ensure CRM alignment.
• Business Analysis & Documentation
• Translate healthcare processes into functional specifications, BRDs, and user stories.
• Document detailed process flows, mappings, and integration requirements.
• Ensure all documentation considers healthcare-specific compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA considerations as applicable).
• Validate EAC sync behavior and healthcare communication scenarios through functional testing.
• Collaboration with Technical Teams
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure technical feasibility and correct interpretation of business requirements.
• Provide clear direction to configuration, development, and product teams.
• Participate in feature review sessions, backlog grooming, and acceptance testing.
• UAT, Training & Change Management
• Drive UAT planning, including healthcare-centric scenarios and validation scripts.
• Provide training, onboarding materials, and release communications for healthcare business users.
• Support change management efforts and promote adoption across diverse healthcare stakeholders.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 8+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Strong functional knowledge of Salesforce CRM, particularly:
  • Activities
  • Events
  • Email/communication workflows
• Hands-on experience in healthcare processes such as:
  • Provider or patient lifecycle workflows
  • Care management
  • Healthcare sales, marketing, or service operations
• Experience with Outlook / O365 / Exchange integrations.
• Excellent documentation skills — user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with project planning, estimation, tracking, and reporting techniques.
• Salesforce Admin certification
• Salesforce Business Analyst certification
