Sales Manager
Job responsibilities: 1. Based on the company's development strategic goals, develop localized sales plans for Germany, and organize their implementation to achieve performance goals. Responsible for sales performance in Germany; 2. Responsible for the development of local markets in Germany, dealer development, business communication with dealers/agents, and achieving cooperation; Maintained good communication with customers and grasped their needs in real life. Handle various sales affairs, such as business negotiation, contract signing, sales execution, aftersales service, payment collection plan, and other development; 3. Responsible for conducting market research and analysis in Germany, understanding the market layout of competitors, and adjusting sales plans in real life; 4. Participate in international or regional exhibitions, expand the company's brand influence, formulate market development plans after the exhibition, and follow up on the implementation; Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in English;
2. At least 2 years of sales experience in the digital accessories, communication, and electronics industries, with experience in brand development in overseas markets and overseas inspection experience preferred;
3. Able to independently develop customer resources and have experience as a KA customer manager;
4. Strong execution ability and teamwork spirit. Having a sense of responsibility and strong pressure resistance, able to actively cooperate with the company's strategic planning, adjustment, and implementation;
5. Has strong market insight, public relations skills, communication skills, business negotiation and adaptability, and clear logical thinking;
