$75,000 - $150,000 yearly

• Guide clients through the home buying and selling process with confidence and clarity.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify properties that align with clients' needs and budgets.
• Prepare and present compelling marketing materials to showcase properties effectively.
• Negotiate favorable terms for clients, ensuring the best possible outcomes in every transaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NC real estate market trends and regulations to provide informed advice.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for mutual success and growth in the market.

• Must have NC real estate license.
• Experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of closing deals and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to guide clients through the home buying and selling process with clarity and confidence.
• Proven track record of conducting thorough market research to identify properties that align with clients' needs and budgets.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients, ensuring the best possible outcomes in every transaction.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the NC real estate market trends and regulations to provide informed advice.
