Overview:
Our client, a top national law firm, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with 3-6 years of litigation experience to join their Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group in Wilmington, Delaware. This practice handles complex disputes for local, national, and international clients, with matters spanning commercial, corporate, financial, and employment-related litigation. The role provides direct trial and appellate experience in state and federal courts.
