Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, and budgets

• Design personalized vacation packages tailored to specific destinations (domestic and international)

• Research destinations, accommodations, tours, and activities to provide expert recommendations

• Coordinate all aspects of bookings including flights, hotels, cruises, transfers, and excursions

• Stay current on destination updates, travel requirements, and tourism trends

• Maintain strong relationships with travel partners and vendors

• Communicate effectively through phone, email, and virtual meetings

• Ensure accurate documentation and prompt follow-up on client inquiries

Qualifications

• Prior experience in travel planning, hospitality, or customer service preferred (training provided)

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• Detail-oriented and comfortable handling multiple client requests simultaneously

• Tech-savvy with the ability to use booking systems and online tools

• Passionate about global travel and creating exceptional client experiences

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently from home
