Appliance Store Associate / Concord, NC / Wednesday – Saturday 11:00am – 6: 30pm/ Sunday 12:00pm –5:00pm | $15 .00 per hour
What Matters Most

- Previous appliance experience preferred but not necessary
- Competitive Pay of $15.00 per hou r based on experience
- Schedule: Wednesday – Saturday 11:00am – 6:30pm / Sunday 12:00p – 5:00pm
- Located in Concord, NC
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide professional, friendly customer service.
- Oversite of internal employees
- Assist customers with selecting appliances based on their needs and budget.
- Explain product features, pricing, warranties, and available options.
- Build relationships with customers and help create a positive shopping experience.
- Drive store sales and work toward established sales goals.
- Answer customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
- Handle customer transactions and maintain accurate sales documentation.
- Follow up with customers regarding purchases, deliveries, and product questions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, professional showroom.
- Assist with merchandising and ensure appliances are properly displayed.
- Moving appliances around store using dolly and hand truck
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience with appliances preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Comfortable discussing pricing and closing sales.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Dependable attendance and professional presentation.
- Basic computer and point-of-sale system skills.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule as required.

The base pay range for this position is $15.00, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
