From driving to job sites to laying sod and hardscape, your work directly impacts the quality, safety, and beauty of every project we deliver.

What Success Looks Like

• Safely drive company trucks to and from job sites, following DOT and company vehicle policies.
• Load, transport, and unload sod, stone, mulch, and tools to keep crews ready and projects on schedule.
• Install sod and lay hardscape (pavers, stone, edging) with precision and care for a professional finish.
• Perform grading, planting, mulching, edging, trimming, and irrigation setup as needed.
• Operate hand tools, power equipment, and small machinery safely and effectively.
• Follow foreman instructions and site plans to complete tasks accurately and on time.
• Maintain clean, organized job sites, vehicles, and equipment throughout the day.
• Work productively in all weather conditions and adapt to changing project needs.
• Communicate and collaborate with teammates respectfully to get the job done right.
• Show pride in craftsmanship by focusing on details, finishing strong, and asking questions when needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned in alignment with The Loving Company’s core values: honesty, teamwork, intensity, compassion, and excellence.

What Sets You Apart

• High school diploma or equivalent, or a combination of education and experience that shows readiness for hands-on work.
• Must pass a DOT medical exam and MVR check to drive company vehicles.
• Previous landscaping, groundskeeping, or outdoor labor experience is helpful, but not required, we’ll train the right candidate.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds, bend, kneel, and work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions.
• Comfortable following written and verbal instructions and able to work efficiently both independently and with a crew.
• Valid driver’s license required; clean motor vehicle record strongly preferred.
• Reliable, punctual, and motivated, with pride in producing quality, visible results.
• Spanish language skills are a plus and support teamwork across our crews.
