Looking for hands‑on work with an immediate start? This Porter/Groundskeeper contract role is a great opportunity to support an apartment community by keeping the property clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and visitors.

Position Overview

You will assist with daily grounds and porter duties, helping maintain the overall appearance of the community. This role is ideal for someone dependable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working outdoors.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of grounds, breezeways, and common areas
• Pick up trash and debris throughout the property
• Assist with light porter and grounds duties as needed
• Help ensure the community remains clean and presentable

Qualifications

• Prior porter or groundskeeping experience preferred
• Ability to perform physical and outdoor work
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Able to start immediately

• Pay Rate: $17/hour
• Schedule: Full-time, daytime hours
• Type: Contract
