DDC Controls Electrician Supervisor
- Understanding the job, our scope, inherent complexities, and overall schedule for the project
- Laying out the job
- Managing assigned crew by identifying their strengths and weaknesses and continually training and counseling toward improvement
- Planning the logical flow of work to keep manpower productive and profitable
- Listing material requirements, managing and safeguarding material
- Coordinating with other contractors and customers
- Verifying quality of work on a regular basis
- Participating in installation, as required; this is a hands-on position
- Completing daily report paperwork and maintaining as-built drawings
- Maintaining a clean, safe, organized jobsite, including connex and company vehicles

Pay rate: $28-$40, dependent upon abilities. Additional Requirements: Must be in good physical condition, able to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders and stairs Must be able to pass E-verify Must possess all hand tools, benders, and appropriate cordless tools Experience Requirements: 2 years commercial HVAC control experience required.
