Job Responsibilities:

- Develop relationships with prospective accredited

individuals through a structured, compliant process.

- Assist in the capital development for Avanza Capital Holdings' exclusive lending opportunities, tailored for sophisticated individuals.

- Engage with prospects and individuals via phone, video calls, emails, and occasional in-person meetings when necessarv.

- Work within an industry-specific CRM to manage due diligence dossiers and support key performance initiatives/metrics.

MAKE NO MISTAKE THIS IS A COLD CALLING POSITION AND REQUIRES HEAVY OUTBOUND LEAD GENERATION WITH EMAIL FOLLOWUPS THROUGH AN EXTREMELY COMPLIANT FORMAT. BEING HIGHLY SKILLED WITH SOCIAL MEDIA, LINKEDIN, INSTAGRAM, FB, AND OTHER TECHNOLGY DRIVEN PLATFORMS IS A HUGE BONUS

Key Qualifications:

- Willingness to learn and be mentored by seasoned industry experts in alternative financing vehicles.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with ultra-high-net-worth individuals, institutions.and family offices.

- Proven success in a collaborative, fast-paced work environment.

- Entrepreneurial mindset, capable of working independently but with the awareness to seek guidance when necessary.

- Must have legal authorization to work full-time in the U.S. without restriction or sponsorship.

Compensation and Benefits:

- entry level salary plus performance-based bonus structure including residual income model.

- Comprehensive benefits package after 90 days TBD.
