As the Project Manager Power and Automation , you will play a critical leadership role overseeing complex projects in the industrial automation and power electronics space. This is an exciting opportunity to own the full project lifecycle , from planning through execution, while working closely with cross-functional teams and customers.

• Lead and manage multiple power and automation projects simultaneously

• Ensure on-time, within-budget delivery of high-quality project outcomes

• Oversee system integration efforts including PLC programming , SCADA systems , and variable frequency drives

• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and customer stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and resource plans

• Use tools like MS Project , JIRA , and SAP to manage schedules, track progress, and report project status

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure compliance with internal and client standards

• Manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline

• 5 15 years of experience managing industrial automation or power electronics projects

• Strong technical background with hands-on understanding of:

  • PLC Programming

  • SCADA Systems

  • Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)

  • Power Electronics

• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project , JIRA , and SAP

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and navigate technical challenges

• PMP Certification or equivalent project management credential

• Experience working in high-compliance environments (utilities, energy, semiconductors)

• Exposure to microgrid solutions, smart energy systems, or renewable energy integration
