Executive Assistant

Our client organization is seeking a highly energetic, motivated, and ambitious executive assistant to work directly with the principal on a variety of critical business and project initiatives. This role is ideal for a committed and devoted professional eager to be deeply involved in strategic planning and day-to-day operations across diverse projects, both domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Collaboration: directly collaborate with the principal to discuss and engage in the strategic planning of organizational goals and initiatives.
• Project Documentation & Reporting: prepare comprehensive research and development reports along with necessary project administrative documents for various regulatory and private entities.
• Administrative Management: expertly manages the principal’s schedule, which includes organizing appointments, team meetings, and major events, as well as overseeing the management of emails and calendar.
• Travel & On-Site Support: participate and travel with the principal to project site visits, which may be domestic and abroad.
• Team Leadership: oversee the management and training of new employees as directed.
• Operational Flexibility: perform any tasks necessary for the best interest of the project and that align with the strategic goals set out and planned.
