This contract opportunity runs from August 18, 2026, through June 10, 2027, with a Monday-Friday schedule totaling 37.5 hours per week. You’ll be working closely with private schools, offering essential support to students across various grade levels, making every day different and rewarding.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Previous experience supporting students with mild to moderate behavioral needs in a school environment
• Background working with pre-K to 12th grade students
• Comfortable assisting young children with toileting and personal care when necessary
• Flexibility to adapt to varying caseloads and changing student needs
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to foster an inclusive, supportive, and positive learning atmosphere

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct classroom support alongside lead teachers, delivering individualized assistance where needed
• Assist with implementing behavior intervention plans and reinforcing positive student behavior
• Help create a safe, nurturing classroom environment conducive to learning
• Support students with personal care needs, particularly for younger children
• Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and families to ensure student success
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by school administration
