Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SWIFT Technology Developer / SWIFT Integration Engineer with deep expertise in SWIFT messaging platforms, payment systems integration, ISO 20022 migration, and Java-based application development . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and supporting enterprise SWIFT solutions for domestic and international payment processing while ensuring high availability, security, and compliance in mission-critical banking environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SWIFT integration solutions supporting domestic and cross-border payment processing
• Implement and support SWIFT messaging technologies, including FIN, InterAct, FileAct, MT, and ISO 20022 MX messaging
• Configure, administer, and support SWIFT Alliance Access (SAA), Alliance Messaging Hub (AMH), Alliance Gateway (SAG), and SWIFTNet
• Develop middleware, APIs, and microservices to integrate SWIFT infrastructure with enterprise banking and payment applications
• Build message transformation, validation, and routing solutions for MT and MX message formats
• Lead ISO 20022 migration initiatives, including MT-to-MX and MX-to-MT message transformation
• Integrate SWIFT with payment systems such as Fedwire, CHIPS, RTP, ACH, SEPA, and internal payment engines
• Develop Java-based applications, automation utilities, and operational tools supporting payment processing workflows
• Monitor SWIFT environments, troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues, and provide Level 2/Level 3 production support
• Perform root cause analysis, implement permanent fixes, and support disaster recovery and high-availability environments
• Implement SWIFT CSP controls, secure message transmission, encryption standards, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Collaborate with architects, infrastructure teams, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable payment integration solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing enterprise payment hubs and payment modernization programs
• Hands-on experience with ISO 20022 migration projects
• Strong knowledge of Fedwire, CHIPS, RTP, ACH, SEPA, and international payment networks
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools
• SWIFT certification or equivalent industry experience
• Banking or Financial Services domain experience
