POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Seasonal Pool & Spa Technician at Village Realty, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing our stunning pools and spas in Nags Head, NC.

Your sharp eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a safe, relaxing, and memorable experience.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, functionality, and overall appeal of our pool and spa areas, ensuring they remain inviting and well-kept at all times . From monitoring water quality and performing routine maintenance to addressing guest inquiries and upholding safety standards, your dedication and expertise will make a lasting impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clean the pool/spa area of debris and arrange furniture to ensure its safe for guest.
• Manage and maintain pool/spa chemical levels at safe levels
• Inspect all pool gates and insure they are operating correctly.
• Remove weeds from the pool area.
• Report any additional needs required by guests-in house.
• Maintain open communication with the pool and spa Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• CPO (Certified Pool Operator) Certification preferred
• Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle - a company vehicle is available for use during your shift.
• Must have a Smart Phone
• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Ability to work for long periods of time in extreme outdoor temperatures
• Ability to stand, sit, and walk for an extended period of time
  • Reach overhead and below the waist
  • Regularly push, pull, and lift-up to 25 pounds
  • Occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds
  • Bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and twist
• The employee must be able to work at least 1 weekend day and 1 day (Tuesday or Wednesday) during the week. (Required)

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Rate: $20 - $30

Company vehicle available for use during shift
