Driver / Warehouse Associate

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Driver/Warehouse Associate to join our team. This dual-role position requires safe and timely deliveries using flatbed or box trucks (Non-CDL) as well as supporting daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and experienced in handling flatbed deliveries or box truck driving while maintaining accuracy in warehouse responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Driving & Deliveries

• Safely operate company vehicles (flatbed truck or box truck, Non-CDL) for local deliveries and pick-ups.

• Load, secure, transport, and unload materials, equipment, or products in compliance with DOT and company safety standards.

• Perform routine vehicle inspections (fuel, fluid levels, tires, lights) and report maintenance needs.

• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, ensuring professionalism and care with each interaction.

• Maintain accurate delivery logs, invoices, and receipts.

Warehouse Operations

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments and materials.

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately for delivery.

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment (training provided if necessary).

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

• Assist with cycle counts, inventory management, and stock rotation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Experience operating flatbed trucks or box trucks (Non-CDL required).

• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs. and perform physical work.

• Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to be trained).

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
