Associate Dentist

Charlotte, NC Metro area- A well-established practice in Kannapolis is seeking a motivated Associate Dentist to join a thriving clinical team. This position is available due to a long-term provider relocating, leaving behind a highly productive, ready-made patient base and a seasoned support staff.

The Practice Experience

This office maintains a stellar 4.7-star reputation and serves a loyal, largely adult patient base. You will be supported by an experienced team of assistants and dedicated hygienists. The office is equipped with modern technology, including iTero scanner, and digital imaging, ensuring you have the tools needed for high-quality care.

Clinical Opportunity & Support

• Productive Schedule: Step into a busy role with the ability to manage 1.5 to 3 columns, depending on your comfort and speed.
• Clinical Scope: Focus on “bread and butter” general dentistry for a diverse patient mix. While dentists enjoy full autonomy, complex surgeries, implant placement, and molar endo are typically referred out.
• Mentorship Available: Benefit from the guidance of an experienced senior doctor two days per week while having the confidence to practice independently on other days.
• Productivity from the Beginning: The relocating dentist produces between $4,000 and $6,000 per day.
• Work-Life Balance: Monday-Thursdays and 2 Friday mornings per month. No evenings or weekends

Compensation & Benefits

• Production Pay: 31%–33% of adjusted production with no lab deductions .

Candidate Requirements

We are open to all experience levels, including confident and motivated 2026 graduates. We strongly prefer candidates with one year of residency or private practice experience.
