As an onsite commercial/residential HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the commercial/residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems within our facility. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing high-quality service. As a new HVAC Technician at The Sharon at SouthPark, you can expect a diverse range of responsibilities on a day-to-day basis. You will be responsible for performing regular maintenance and inspections of the commercial/residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems throughout our facility. This will include troubleshooting and diagnosing issues, repairing or replacing defective components, and ensuring that all equipment is operating efficiently.

You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed. In addition to the regular maintenance tasks, you may be involved in the installation of new HVAC systems or the modification of existing systems to meet specific requirements. As part of your role, you will collaborate with other members of our maintenance team, as well as communicate effectively with staff and management to ensure that all commercial/residential HVAC needs are met promptly and professionally.

To be successful in the role of HVAC Technician at The Sharon at SouthPark, there are certain skills and qualifications that are essential. • Active North Carolina state-issued HVAC journeyman or masters HVAC license.
• EPA 608 universal certification
• Must have a valid driver's license
