Title: CVOR Nurse Manager – Charlotte, NC | Full-Time (PERM)

Location: 10628 Park Rd, Charlotte, NC 28210, United States
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift
Salary: $106K – $155K + Bonus + Relocation

Overview

We are hiring a CVOR Nurse Manager to lead operations and clinical excellence within the Cardiovascular OR. This role oversees a team of ~26 staff in a high-acuity surgical environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily CVOR operations

• Lead, mentor, and develop staff

• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance

• Oversee staffing, budgeting, and performance

Requirements

• Active RN License

• BSN required (Master’s preferred/in progress)

• CVOR experience REQUIRED

• Prior leadership/management experience

• BLS certification
