We're growing fast. We have a clear system. We take the work seriously — and we definitely don't take ourselves too seriously.

Here's what you'll actually do:

You show up to someone's home. You walk the job with the client. You step outside, grab your company iPad, connect with our virtual estimating team, and watch a live quote get built in real time. Then you go back in, sit down with the client, and get the job sold — together.

Then you do the work. Cleanly. Confidently. To a standard that makes the homeowner want to post about it.

You document everything in our app, take before and after photos, ask for a Google review on your way out, and move on to the next one.

Rinse. Repeat. Get paid well.

What you'll be working on:

✔ Drywall patches that actually blend
✔ Doors that actually close
✔ Fans, fixtures, and faucets installed right the first time
✔ Trim and carpentry that looks clean
✔ TV mounts that won't fall at 2am
✔ Punch lists that actually get punched

If it improves a home and we can do it excellently — it's a Woodworx job.

The Pay:

Start at $25/hr flat. No pressure. No clock. Just learn the system and settle in.

Ready to level up?Switch to our Incentive Plan — Tier base rate + $27.50 per estimated hour. Finish a 6-hour job in 4 hours? You still get paid for 6. Work smarter, earn more. Most of our team hits $37–42.50/hr effective once they find their groove.

+ Company van — yours for business (assigned Week 3)
+ Company iPad — tools, estimating, documentation all in one
+ Woodworx uniform — you'll look the part
+ Boot stipend up to $150 — because good boots matter

The growth path is real:

Level 1 → Level 2 → Level 3 → Lead Technician → whatever comes next

You've done general handyman, carpentry, drywall, painting, or repairs — and you were actually good at it
